Rest into the sound space auric field during all or part of the workshop and go inward.
Izumi Asura Serra will provide sound while you create poses. If you are a beginner, participate in the beginners session with Janine Ivanelli, CSCS, RYT and relax while Susie Longwill, RYT leads the intermediate/advanced session. You can enjoy both sessions.
Allow your mind and body to deeply relax during Savasana receiving Sound and Vibration of the Singing Bowls and a Gong.
