Stretch, Sweat & Strengthen

Stretch Sweat & Strengthen is based on Techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Barre Classes!

Former Professional Classical Ballet Dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, Colleen OCallaghan, is your friendly, fun Instructor with 30 years experience of all levels, focused on all things Health and Fitness! 

Six week session each Tuesday from 9:15 to 10:15am. (makeup class will be offered if class is cancelled)

$60.00 paid in advance for 6 classes and $15.00 drop-in paid at the door.
